500gm Vienna malt
500gm Munich malt
Brewing
Single infusion mash at 67 degrees C for 90 minutes
Sparging at 80 degrees C
Boil 60 minutes
Tettnang hops at 15minutes (30gm)
Hallertau hops at 45minutes (10gm)
Hallertau hops at 55minutes (5gm)
Fermentation and bottling
Fermented in the 20-25 degree C range for 7 days with Safbrew T-58
Bottled with priming sugar
