Brasserie Bossau is a new startup brewery which is currently in its R&D phase.

Short term goal: Learning and having fun
Long term goal (5-10 years): To have a small French/European Brasserie serving boutique beers to a loyal cult following. Specialty will be a Rabbit Beer Stew served with Friet and a Bossau Kriek beer.

'09/03 Senora de Guadalupe Cerveza (5% CH3CH2OH)
'09/03 Oude Zout Drop Bier (Scottish Stout and Midlands Dark ale hybrid with top firmenting yeast -7% CH3CH2OH)
